Guest Access

Guests will have full-access to the home, yard, and other amenities. The front door is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a custom code before arrival.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, subject to our booking calendar and cleaning schedule. The first hour is complimentary when available. Additional time beyond the first hour is charged at $25 per hour, for up to four hours. Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Parking

Parking is available at the house with room for four cars.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

If the Tenant(s) cancels at least sixty (60) days prior to the start date, the Tenant(s) will receive a full refund, without penalty. If the Tenant(s) cancels within 59-31 days of the start date, Tenant(s) forfeit the rental deposit. For cancellations made within 30 days of the start date, the tenant forfeits fifty (50) percent of the rental fee. The security deposit will be returned in all instances. We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance.

House Rules

No parties; max guest count is 8 persons. Be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise levels down. Outside quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, cigarette butts should not be left on the grounds.
No cutting/chopping on butcher block counter.
The basement and attic are off-limits.
No pets allowed.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Respect check-in and check-out times. You can check with us about the option to check in early or check out late. Fees may apply.

Accidents happen. If anything was damaged during your stay, alert the homeowner right away. We may be able to remedy the situation if we know sooner than later.

Damage Waiver Fee

We a require non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $34 in lieu of a security deposit to cover incidentals and accidents, up to $300. (This excludes any pet-related damages). It is marked as the management fee on your listing. Note: Full details of what is and is not covered is included in our guidebook under house manual.
