We use a Schlange smart lock. You will be given a custom code prior to arrival.

Your Hosts

Your hosts -- Sheila and Kurt -- live part-time at the house next door. Shirley's (as we affectionately call this property) is just across our shared driveway. We're always here if you need us, but the space is entirely yours to enjoy without interruption.

Security Cameras

The exterior of the neighboring house has a camera with view of the door of Shirley's. This is for safety and security purposes.

Sheila, Kurt and Mary are super responsive and accommodating. The place was spotless and well designed & stocked up to fit our needs. In terms of location, it's a bit further out from major attractions but in exchange you get exclusivity of mountain living. Our family including 2 pups and an infant had a great time here trying to escape the city for a quick weekend getaway.

The place itself is very nice. I absolutely loved the size and the overall look of the space, especially the interior design. I'm honestly in love with how cozy and modern it felt. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the entire place was spotless, and it was perfect for me and my family to relax after a long day. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Parking was easy, and we had no issues during our stay at all. It truly felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we are in the area again!

House Rules / Checkout

House Rules

  1. No smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, throw out the cigarette butts
  2. Dogs must be crated when you leave the home. Dogs must be potty trained.
  3. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
  4. Respect check-in and check-out times. You can check with us about the option to check in early or check out late.
  5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Accidents happen. If anything was damaged during your stay, alert the homeowner right away. We may be able to remedy the situation if we know sooner than later.

Damage Waiver Fee

We require non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $34 in lieu of a security deposit to cover incidentals and accidents, up to $300. (This excludes any pet-related damages). It is marked as the management fee on your listing. Note: Full details of what is and is not covered is included in our guidebook under house manual.
