Halcott House

There are no doors to access the loft, and is open to the living room below, so please keep this in mind prior to booking.

1st fl living room has a wood-burning fireplace. The open mezzanine extends full height to the roof for a connected and communal experience.

AC only available in 1st and 2nd fl living rooms and primary bedroom. Every bedroom has a floor fan.

Guest Access

Entry door is secured by a Smart Lock. An access code will be shared with you prior to your visit and will be good for the duration of your stay. Keep in mind the code expires exactly at your 11AM check out time.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

We may to be able to accommodate an early check in or late check out, subject to our booking calendar and cleaning schedule. Please note that a fee may be required for up to two hours. For 2-4 hours, we charge $50. For 4 hours or more, we will determine the appropriate rate based on the request.

Child Safety

For safety reasons, please note that our house and property is not child-proof and we do not provide cribs, highchairs, changing tables, etc. Please inform us prior to booking if you plan on bringing children and infants.

Winter Conditions

Please plan ahead and ensure your vehicle is equipped with 4WD / AWD for winter conditions. It's best to arrive during daylight hours. Our driveway is steep. Without 4WD / AWD, you will not be able to get up the driveway given the snowy/conditions.

To ensure safe driving during winter, note that roads are cleared and salted after major snowfalls.

Security Cameras

The house is equipped with security cameras pointed outside and in the garage. The cameras serve as security on the property and to make sure everything is functioning properly. The camera pointed outside from the 1st fl can be unplugged during your stay.
