Guest Access

You'll enjoy exclusive access to the main floor of the house and the grounds. The basement and shed are not accessible for guests.

Car and Driveway

We recommend 4WD/AWD during winter. Parking is also available at the top of the driveway. We recommend parking there in the winter months when there is heavy snow.

Security Cameras

The house is equipped with two camers: one facing the yard and the second in the basement, which is not accessible to guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It has everything you need for a comfortable rest and cooking every detail is well thought out. The nature around is beautiful, and the view from the windows is amazing, especially in the morning hours. The outdoor space is peaceful and cozy, and we loved the firepit area perfect for relaxing evenings. The house is clean, bright, and well maintained. You can tell the hosts truly care about their guests. We would definitely love to come back!

We have been going to the Catskills for more years than I want to admit. This is maybe the best spot we have ever visited. The view is amazing, the cabin feels very secluded, but is not far from Margaretville.

House Rules / Checkout

House Rules

No smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, throw out the cigarette butts
Dogs allowed under 50 lbs, with $100 additional fee. Dogs must be crated when you leave the home. Dogs must be potty trained.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Respect check-in and check-out times. You can check with us about the option to check in early or check out late.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Review contract for full understanding of house policies.

Accidents happen—If anything was damaged during your stay, alert the homeowner right away. We may be able to remedy the situation if we know sooner than later.

Damage Waiver Fee

We require non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $34 in lieu of a security deposit to cover incidentals and accidents, up to $300. (This excludes any pet-related damages).
